Create a Template From an Existing Care Plan
You can convert any existing Care Plan into a template. Remember, templates are shared with all HEP users in your clinic. Click here to learn how to create a new template.
- Start by opening the Patient Overview page that contains the Care Plan you want to convert into a template.
- Use the Edit icon to open the Care Plan.
- Use the Update Care Plan drop-down and select Save as Template.
- Name your template and click Create Template to save. Remember to use a name that makes it easy to locate.
