Use a Template

Follow the steps below create a patient care plan using a template.

1. Use the Find a Patient search bar to locate the patient record.
2. Navigate to the Templates tab.
3. Locate the template using the search bar or Created By filter on the left.
4. Hover over the template and click Add All or Preview. If you select Preview, you can choose which individual exercises you want to include. 

   

5. The exercises will appear in the Selected Tasks pane.
6. If needed, you can add additional exercises using the Exercises tab.
7. Once you’re satisfied with the Care Plan, click Submit Care Plan to save and assign to the selected patient.
