Reset Password
This article only applies to users who are not integrated with the WebPT EMR. The easiest way to reset your password is to use the Forgot Password link on the login page. This will only work if you have previously been able to log into the account.
- Go to the login page.
- Underneath the login button, click the Forgot password? link.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password.
- Check your email for a message from StriveHub, which will provide you with the final instructions for resetting your password.
- Going forward you will be able to access your account with your email address and newly created password.
