How Do I Contact Support?
From your HEP account, Support can be reached by clicking the message bubble located in the bottom-right corner of the page. We try to respond to all requests within 24 business hours.
Once you have clicked on on the message bubble a dialogue box will pop up, providing you with a space to describe the issue you are having. There is also an an "Attach a File" like on the pop up dialogue so you can attach screenshots of the problem you are having, or specific error messages that occur.
After you have finished using the dialogue box to describe your issue, ask a questions, or attach a file, click the send button. Your requests are sent to the StriveHub Support team for review. A member of the StriveHub Support Team will respond to your request with feedback, or they may ask for more information regarding the issue you are having.
