Document a Care Plan in an EMR
You can copy a summary of the patient's Care Plan to their EMR record, ensuring continuity between the platforms. These instructions are only for users who are not integrated with the WebPT EMR.
- Once you have selected a patient and designed a Care Plan, click Submit Care Plan.
- From there you will be directed to the Print Preview page. In the Printout Options panel on the left side of the screen, select Copy to Clipboard.
- The pop-up contains a written version of the patient's active Care Plan, including sets, reps, duration, and rest. Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the details.
- Lastly, paste the information in the patient's EMR record, where applicable.
